Last month’s episode of Lunchtime Connections was held on April 18 and included presentations from Mercury Systems, ArgenTech Solutions and the McAuliffe Shepard Discovery Center. This webinar series is an opportunity for NHADEC members to introduce themselves to one another and give each one an opportunity to talk about their business and capabilities. Each member section is approximately 10 minutes long and includes a Q&A period after the formal presentation.
Mercury Systems is an electronics company focused on supplying the defense industry. Based in Andover, Massachusetts, the company has a new RF design and manufacturing facility in Hudson, New Hampshire. Mercury manufactures RF and microwave components and subsystems and integrates them into assemblies. They also produce digital components and drives for computer systems that will be integrated into avionics and radar systems, among other applications.
ArgenTech Solutions provides complex technical support for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) both in the United States and abroad. Since 2011, the company has provided more than 60,000 hours of frontline field services to the US Department of Defense. Leveraging this experience, ArgenTech Solutions provides its customers state of the art UAS based imaging and analytics to a variety of markets as well as FAA range-management services through their partnership with the Pendleton (OR) UAS Test Site.
The McAuliffe Shepard Discovery Center works to inspire each generation to reach for the stars, through activities that explore astronomy, aviation, earth and space science. The Center includes two floors of interactive permanent exhibits on astronomy, aviation, Earth and space science, space history, general science & engineering, plus temporary exhibits annually, along with a planetarium and observatory. The Center works hard to generate interest and engagement with STEM disciplines as a workforce development tool.
You can view the recording of the webinar below to learn more about the capabilities of these three member companies.
