I’ve worked at the ground level with building trades as a Supervisor and in the board room with business investors as a Project Executive. Today I work with Engelberth Construction in Business Development. Regardless of the role or title to goal is always helping clients achieve their needs in the Construction world; open book, schedule driven high quality results!

Kevin Zygadlo, 3D Additive Casting & Manufacturing Expert

Kevin is our additive casting and manufacturing expert surrounding the implementation of 3D into the manufacturing world.  He has spent over 35 years working with in casting, forging, and machining world especially in production  as well as the and tooling and fixturing arena. He has a passion for helping find solution to OEM’s supply chain problems with new and emerging manufacturing process such as Additive Pattern less Sandcasting and investment  casting  process. These tools can be the key to help solve the low volume components including the reduction of tooling cost. He has worked across many industries including Aerospace, Power Generation, Defense, and Naval Shipbuilding. He works with many small businesses to develop new markets for these companies to expand into new markets and increase sales. He does this through both OEM’s and sub tier levels to expand their portfolio of customers. Currently he work with a few of our members such as Dw Clark, IMT Technologies, Duhadaway Tool and Die, Charles G Allen Company and LA Simpson Charles as well as serving major OEMS. Kevin has a vast network of connections to help solve any problem you will encounter and will help connect you to the right contact. Over the past five years he has developed a mature network of partners especially in the defense world at many of OEMS  like Curtis weight. Newport News Shipbuilding, Electric Boat, and Bath Iron Works. He helps his suppliers get the exposure they need to succeed   and thrive in this new virtual “covids” economy.
