Selling to the Canadian Government Opportunities and Strategies for U.S. Companies

October 20, 2020 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am

Free

If you are interested in selling to the Canadian government, join us for this two-part webinar series  to better understand the opportunities and learn how to navigate the process. Mark your calendars for October 20 & 22, 20202!

Canada is not only the United States’ closest neighbor and New England’s largest export market, it also shares similar business practices and a common language.  But because the Canadian federal government does not have a comprehensive trade regime like the U.S. Federal Acquisitions Regulations, the Canadian procurement landscape can be difficult to navigate. In addition, Canada’s response to the COVID-19 Pandemic has resulted in immediate and long-term changes to the way it procures goods and services.

In this two-part series, Fasken will provide an overview of how federal procurement in Canada works, explore how federal procurement may change in the future, and present ways to best position your company for success.

This program is made available in partnership between NHADEC, Dept of Business and Economic Affairs, the Chafee Center for International Business at Bryant University, Rhode Island Commerce and SENEDIA.
