In partnership with the NH Tech Alliance, we are excited to announce two chances to view a free educational webinar on how to navigate the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness. This will be presented by Matthew Benson and Helen Slottje, Attorneys at Cook, Little, Rosenblatt & Manson.
Navigating PPP Loan Forgiveness
Join this webinar for guidance on the complex requirements of the PPP loan program. Many companies have had their Paycheck Protection Program loans approved and are receiving funding. The PPP’s restrictions on the use of funds and the pathway to loan forgiveness can be hard to understand. Hear two experienced business attorneys discuss the obligations of borrowers under the PPP program, including rules on the uses of loan proceeds and the tests that must be met for loan forgiveness.
This webinar is for you if your business has applied for or has received approval for a PPP loan and you have questions about how to comply with the requirements of the program so that your loan may be forgiven.
This webinar will cover:
- What expenses can the PPP loan be used for?
- How is loan forgiveness calculated?
- How do I apply for loan forgiveness?
- What happens if part or all of my loan doesn’t qualify for forgiveness?
*For specific topics or questions to be answered by the attorneys, please email Sean Foote at Sean@Transupport.com prior to the webinars to make sure they are addressed.
